What is GP Points?

GP Points is a loyalty rewards program exclusively for GPStar customers, designed to offer more value for your everyday usage. By enrolling in the program through MyGP app, you can earn points on all types of Grameenphone services, including voice calls, data, SMS, and value-added services (VAS), regardless of whether you purchase the service online or from a retail These points can be redeemed to purchase exciting data packs through MyGP, allowing you to get more from your mobile experience.

GP Points is our way of honouring your loyalty. The more you use your Grameenphone services, the more points you earn. Use them anytime to enjoy exclusive benefits.

GP Points Redemption Process:

• GP Points can be redeemed for internet packs (except MyOffer) through two ways:
  1. MyGP Free Offer Catalogue
  2. Internet Offer Catalogue
• Minimum redemption amount: 100 GP Points, equivalent to 1 BDT.

To redeem GP Points through the Free Offer Catalogue:

1. Log in to the MyGP app.
2. Navigate to the "Free Offer" section.
3. Select your desired redemption pack from the free offer catalogue.
4. Follow the instructions to complete the redemption process.

To redeem GP Points through the Internet Offer Catalogue:

1. Log in to the MyGP app.
2. Go to the "Internet Offer" section.
3. Select an internet pack (except MyOffer) from the internet offer catalogue.
4. Choose your desired internet offer.
5. Select the payment method using your main balance (Note: Digital or emergency balance payments are not supported).
6. Toggle the GP Points option to apply the discount.
7. Complete the pack purchase process.

Terms & Conditions:

• GP Points expire between 90 to 180 days, depending on usage.
• To redeem GP Points, customers must visit the MyGP app and purchase redemption packs.
• To continue earning and keep GP Points valid, customers must log in to the MyGP app at least once every 30 days. If a customer doesn't log in within 30 days of their last visit, all accumulated points will be forfeited.
• GP Points can only be gifted between GP STAR loyalty-enrolled numbers.
• Gifted GP Points will retain the same expiry date as the sender’s points. The receiver’s GP Points validity will not be extended based on the gifted points.
• When gifting a Flexiplan pack, the giver earns GP Points, and the receiver gets the pack.
• The MyGP Flexiplan may show different GP Point earnings, but customers will earn points based on the official earning matrix.
• During specific campaigns, STAR users can earn additional GP Points by referring the MyGP app to other users.
• GP Points cannot be used for recharges, bill payments, or upgrading STAR status.
• GP Points are not applicable for roaming services or roaming pack purchases by STAR customers.
• GP Points can only be redeemed for internet packs, excluding MyOffer.
• You must have a minimum balance of 100 GP Points to avail the discount, with 100 GP Points equal to 1 BDT.
• Only whole GP Points in multiples of 100 can be redeemed; fractional points cannot be redeemed.
