- Service and Support:

- 4G Usage Requirements:
- To use 4G services, customers must have:

- Post-Expiration Charges:
- After the internet pack expires (either volume or validity), the maximum PayGO charge will be 6.6625 Taka (inclusive of VAT, SD, and SC).
- Inactive or New SIM Activation:
- For inactive SIM cards or new SIMs, customers must:
- Activate the SIM number first.
