FlexiPlan is available for Prepaid and Postpaid customers.
The PIN that customer receives is not to be shared with others for his/her own safety as this may lead to fraudulent activity. Grameenphone will not be liable if any loss is incurred while sharing PIN with others knowingly or unknowingly.
The purchased internet, minutes, and SMS through FlexiPlan are completely separate from other packs and cannot be combined.
Volume and validity of FlexiPlan will not be added with any other packs.
The validity period of FlexiPlan (1, 3, 7, 15, and 30 days) will be calculated including the activation day.
Any unused volume remaining after the purchased pack expires cannot be used.
Missed Call Alert (MCA) will be activated for 30 days validity only. MCA service is free for postpaid customers. MCA cannot be gifted. If MCA is already activated with/without auto-renew feature, then it will not activate from FlexiPlan. Customer can "auto renew" MCA service by giving Y consent to port 26222.
Purchased minutes are charged on a 10-second pulse.
If Main Account validity expires, FlexiPlan benefits cannot be used until the extension of Main Account validity is done by recharge.

Validity cannot be purchased separately.
SMS purchased from here is usable to GP-Any local numbers.
Auto Renewal is not available for FlexiPlan bundles.
FlexiPlan Gift is available only through the MyGP App.
FlexiPlan Minute/Talk-Time is not applicable on call divert/call forward tariff. Regular product package tariff will be applicable while call divert/forward feature works.
"Any network/local number" denotes domestic network calls only (GP-GP, GP-Other Mobile Operators, GP-PSTN & GP-IPTSP) excluding any short code calls.
FlexiPlan is not available for Skitto customers.
