What is the objective of GP-Nokia partnership?

Answer: To provide complementary benefit for the store customer and making sure quality GP service is available

  1. Are all GP services available here?

Answer: No. Only following services:

  • New SIM
  • SIM replacement
  • 4G replacement
  • Pack recharge
  • Regular recharge
  • MyGP activation
  1. Is these services available outside?

Answer: Yes! These services also available at our GPC/f & Express.

  1. Is there any special offer on pack?

Answer: There is currently no special offer for pack recharge from the store, but from MyGP Grameenphone always offers special pack offer

  1. What will be customer awareness process?

Answer: Customer will be aware through push SMS, Digital service and in store promotion

  1. Some regular GP services offers:

 

New SIM:

  • 1paisa/sec call rate and 1GB data after first recharging 34 taka (validity 7 days)
  • In each month 1GB data recharging 17 TK for next 9 months (Validity 7 days)
  • Need NID to purchase new SIM

4G replacement:

  • Customer need 4G enable handset to enjoy 4G network
  • 4G eligibility: Check from ERS SIM- *456*44*Customer’s Number#
  • Free 11.5GB internet (1.5GB for all and 10 GB 4G data)
