Offer Activation Process-

ü  Install and log in to the MyGP app.

ü  If eligible, the above offer will appear in the ‘My Offer’ section.

ü  Customers must opt-in for the offer (no auto-disbursement).

ü  The offer will remain available for six (6) months from the tagging date.

·       All new and existing prepaid and postpaid customers are eligible for the campaign.

  1. Internet & Minute Pack Policies:

·       The terms and conditions of internet and minute packs will follow Grameenphone’s existing policies.

4.       Tagging Rules:

  • If the same user attempts multiple taggings, only the first tagging will be considered for campaign benefits as per the campaign modality.
  1. Valid Devices Only:
    • Only valid and eligible devices with verified IMEI numbers will qualify for the bundle offer.
  2. Authorized Handsets:
    • The offer applies exclusively to handsets verified by the device vendor or authorized distributor.
    • Any disputes regarding handset authenticity will be handled by the device vendor or authorized distributor.
  3. Service and Support:
    • For phone servicing, customers must visit the respective device’s service center.
  4. Confirmation and Activation:
    • Customers will receive a confirmation SMS for valid tagging.
  5. 4G Usage Requirements:
  • To use 4G services, customers must have:
    • A 4G-enabled SIM card.
    • A 4G handset.
    • Be within a 4G coverage area.

10.   Post-Expiration Charges:

  • Once the internet pack expires (either volume or validity), the maximum PayGO charge will be 6.6625 Taka (inclusive of VAT, SD and SC).
  1. Inactive or New SIM Activation:
  • For inactive SIM cards or new SIM cards, customers must first activate the SIM card.

o   The activated SIM must then be inserted into the newly purchased handset for valid tagging.
