The bundle offers are specific to selected models. All new and existing prepaid and postpaid customers are eligible for this campaign. This offer is not applicable for skitto customers. To use 4G, customers must have a 4G-enabled SIM card and a 4G handset in a 4G coverage area. After the internet pack validity or volume ends, the maximum PayGo charge will be BDT 6.95, including VAT, SD and SC. Existing terms and conditions of internet and minute packs will remain unchanged. For inactive SIM cards or new SIMs, the number must first be activated, and then the active number must be used in the newly purchased handset for valid tagging. If the same customer attempts tagging multiple times, the first tagging will be considered and the customer can enjoy the campaign benefit only once. Only valid and eligible devices/IMEIs will be able to enjoy the bundle offer. The offer is applicable only for devices verified by the device vendor/authorized distributor. In case of any dispute regarding handset authenticity, the device vendor/authorized distributor will be responsible. For handset after-sales service, customers must visit the relevant device service center.
