• For Roaming bundle activation from MyGP app, please go to the Home page MyGP, then click on “Offers” tab, then click on Roaming, then select the desired roaming pack from menu
• This list of specific partners (for data bundle & combo) are contains in below table.
• The above prices are exclusive of VAT, SD & SC. Applicable VAT, SD & SC will be added to the tariff.
• To purchase Roaming Data Bundle & Combo Offers, please dial USSD menu (press *121*6*6*4# and then choose the desired roaming pack).
• After consumption of certain capped volume (300 MB for Daily Unlimited, 1 GB for Weekly Unlimited, 2.5 GB for 15 Days unlimited and 4 GB for Monthly Unlimited), data browsing speed will be throttled to 256 KBPS.
• The customer can select network selection auto mode (2G/3G/4G option), if network not latched automatically, then need to select 2G/3G/4G option manually in the handset settings to avail roaming services.
• In some of the countries, 4G may not be available, in such cases please select 3G. If 3G is not available, then please select 2G/GPRS
• In USA, due to shut down of 2G and 3G coverage, roaming customer visiting USA will face problem to use voice call. To use Data, purchase unlimited data pack and select T-Mobile (Powetel, Omnipoint, Westel)
• Roaming service is not available in Jammu and Kashmir, India
• Indian operators closed the 3G service; Manually select 2G or 4G to use the roaming service in India
• While you are roaming, you are requested to turn off VOLTE option from Handset to use the roaming service
